18 weeks

ok so its been awhile but seriously i blinked and nine days disapeared.
I feel our little cherub rolling around alot now not quite kicking or anything but it just feels like ma baby is cruising in a big bubble of water having a ball and blowing bubbles he he.
Had to buy ANOTHER bigger bra on the weekend as the melons are increasing every week now. and im thinking about getting a wheel barrow to kart them around in :)

We are off to oz tomorrow for our last holiday alone, with no sproglets running around. Looking forward to swimming in a pool and lying in the sun :) i just hope i dont feel like a whale in that heat and need andrew to hose me down every 5 minutes. I had dreams of buying lovely jandels (latest season) and nice dresses. But figure a tent maybe better after reading my baby book which advises me for summer my wardrobe should consist of 2 gigantic tent dresses, gigantic tent cotton bloomers, and a pair of comfy shoes or two canoes ??as my feet may only fit into them after swelling 30 times bigger then they are.
ha ha ha ha its all fun and games isnt it ?
Actually im loving it, we have waited so long for this and it may sound like im complaining sometimes but seriously im enjoying every single minute.

2 weeks till we find out what we are having i can hardly wait !!
have come up with a couple of names now for a boy and a girl so now i dont mind what i have because at least he/she will be named. (and cool names at that)

Well i wont post for the next week or so as i will be sunning the bundle of joy on the gold coast, and sipping a cold glass of wi.......water ha ha first sober holiday EVER!

TIPS

Its funny the little things no one warns you about when pregnant. I went food shopping at lunch today.
All going well i got to the meat department and started checking out steaks etc, then i noticed my nipples started to hurt. UH OH its because i had my head in the chiller and when its cold the nips hurt like nothing else EVER!! i started to feel sick (from the pain) and couldnt help but run to the hot rotisserie chicken section and rub the chest vigorously until pain would die down, well it wouldve looked a sight, but i didnt care one iota man the pain was a killer !!!! So i text bex and she tells me wait til the little heavenly child starts breastfeeding i wont know what hit me ha ha. the joys of motherhood huh?

thats enough gross talk for one day.

15 weeks!

I had a major baby mash brain last night.

My friend texts me..................

"hey is your sky all fuzzy and cloudy?"

i read the message out loud as my little sis was there.

and then i thought i better check before texting her back so opened the ranchslider to have a look at what a fuzzy? cloudy sky would look like , my first thought is holy shit we are being invaded by aliens FREAKY!!
But it was about 7pm so was getting dark and couldnt really see a fuzzy sky>???

Little sis "what are you doing?"
little sis "dont tell me you are checking the sky?'
Me "yeah!!! of course i am ya twit!Why?"
Little sis "i think she means sky TV!"

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm 'OH'

that did save me texting back "what the heck do you think a fuzzy sky looks like ?" to my friend and thinking she had lost her mind ha ha ha . i already have :)

mudcake and backaches

is being pregnant a good enough excuse to go out and buy half a boston mudcake from cheesecake shop? i thought it was at the time he he and it tasted pretty fine too!! I didnt eat it all in one go and there is still some left so hold onto ya knickers everyone.

Went for a swim on my lunch break today did 30minutes of water walking swimming lengths was really lovely until 5 superskinny gorgeous teenage girls bombarded me.. the white whale in the pool ha ha i thought im not getting out of here until they leave.
BUt the lack of fat on there bones was enough to send them packing after 5 minutes in the cold pool mwah ha ha ha ha ha.

nothing much else to document. oh oh oh oh ..... baby got its first 'baby on board" sign for the car yesterday (oh and heaps of other cool stuff)from aunty tammy and its super cool! (pic to come)

14weeks 1 day

Dam dam dam dam I think my one and only last brain cell has disapeared :( oh well if it has gone to the little monster in me thats ok i guess i can share my incredible intelligence.
Hubby mentioned to me that my language has been really bad lately shocking he described it!! ha ha well since my little monster has taken all brain cells i can only remember swear words and lots of them he he:) my excuse is baby cant hear just yet :) so i will get them out of my system now.

Going to go thru the wardrobe this weekend and bag all the clothes i have grown out of (which will probably be close to all of them ) i did sell a couple on trade me but thought i might keep my favs cause the plan is to get into them sometime next year (hopefully)

The baby is about 9cm at the moment (size of half a banana) according to my baby books! that just luuuuve to describe my bundle of joy as food all the time?? mind you better than saying he/she is the size of half a stapler or beer bottle ha ha just pulling shit out of thin air here ha ha.
anyway i must go as my brain is starting to hurt, thinking to much :)

13 weeks

gosh it looks small in the mornings but by the afternoon the baby home has swelled about 4 times the size ha ha will post a avo pic on here as well so can compare.

Oh and YES that is a towel on my head, and YES that is a wasgij puzzle in background, i have officially hit nana status and proud of it.
